Support from UNRWA to more than 5.9 million Palestinian refugees
New York, February 17 (Hibya) - The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced that it provides support to more than 5.9 million Palestinian refugees.
In a statement by UNRWA, it was reported that support is provided to more than 5.9 million Palestinian refugees, with 30,000 people carrying out this work every day without interruption.
The statement noted that the agency operates in Jordan, the Gaza Strip, the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, as well as in Syria and Lebanon, adding: “We have a unique capacity to provide health services, education and more. Support UNRWA.”
