Shaibani and Amidi discuss bilateral relations
Damascus, October 17 (Hibya) - Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Hassan Shaibani met with Iraqi President Nizar Mohammed Saeed Amidi on the sidelines of the 52nd session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, held in Baghdad.
Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Hassan Shaibani discussed the development of bilateral relations and the strengthening of cooperation with Iraqi President Nizar Mohammed Saeed Amidi.
During the meeting in Baghdad, the two sides reviewed ways to enhance economic and security cooperation between their countries. They also discussed the implications of regional developments for both countries and emphasized the importance of increasing coordination and consultations to support security and stability.
