Saar: I call on the UN Security Council to condemn Iran
Jerusalem, March 11 (Hibya) - Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar stated that the actions of the Iranian regime threaten global security and called on the United Nations (UN) Security Council to condemn Iran and designate the Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization.
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar spoke about Iran’s military and political activities in the region.
Referring to the scale of the threat posed by Iran, Saar said, "The recent actions of the Iranian regime underline that its aggression constitutes a direct threat not only to Israel but also to regional and international peace and security."
Emphasizing the need for concrete steps within the United Nations, Saar said, "I call on the UN Security Council to condemn Iran and immediately declare the Revolutionary Guards a terrorist organization."
