Russell: We must urgently increase funding to end child malnutrition

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Executive Director Catherine Russell announced that one in four children under the age of five is malnourished, which can lead to long-term damage.
Russell said, "We must urgently increase funding to end child malnutrition."
