Mustafa: More than 500 Palestinians have died since the ceasefire was declared
Addis Ababa, February 15 (Hibya) - Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa attended the 39th African Union Summit on behalf of President Mahmoud Abbas.
Mustafa stated that the number of Palestinian casualties has exceeded 70,000.
He said Israel used starvation as a weapon of war and destroyed 85% of Gaza’s infrastructure.
Despite the ceasefire declaration, more than 500 Palestinians have reportedly died.
He also referred to the withholding of over $4.5 billion in Palestinian tax revenues.
