Istanbul, October 12 (Hibya) - European stock markets showed mixed performance on the latest trading day. Stock markets in the United Kingdom and Italy recorded gains, while other major European indices remained largely flat.

In the United Kingdom, the FTSE 100 index rose by 1.06 percent to 10,552.05 points. In Italy, the FTSE MIB index also gained 448.43 points, reaching 49,746.31 points.
The STOXX Europe 600 index was recorded at 631.55 points, Germany's DAX index at 25,087.27 points, and France's CAC 40 index at 7,803.33 points.
