Mixed performance in Asia-Pacific stock markets

The Hang Seng index fell 269.51 points to 25,127 points, losing 1.06 percent. The index recorded an intraday high of 25,312.50 points and a low of 25,123 points.
The Nifty 50 index fell 52.45 points to 24,343.40 points, losing 0.21 percent. The index traded between 24,304.30 and 24,365 points during the day.
The FTSE China 50 index declined 180.58 points to 15,820.29 points, recording a loss of 1.13 percent. The index reached an intraday high of 15,923.80 points and a low of 15,807.20 points.
The IDX Composite index rose 35.43 points to 6,337.19 points, gaining 0.56 percent. The KLCI index, meanwhile, fell 4.38 points to 1,730.33 points, losing 0.25 percent.
