Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten made a statement on the regional security situation and the Netherlands’ commitments following his meeting with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun.

Expressing his expectations from the parties to the conflict, Jetten said, "Hezbollah must immediately cease its activities and disarm, and Israel must prevent further escalation of the conflict. All parties must comply with international law."

Emphasizing diplomacy to reduce tensions, Prime Minister Jetten stated, "I emphasized the importance of de-escalation between Lebanon and Israel and direct diplomatic talks that can contribute to finding a lasting solution to this conflict."

Jetten added, "The Netherlands supports the efforts of the Lebanese government to re-establish full control over Lebanese territory."

Referring to the concrete support provided by the Netherlands, Jetten said, "Therefore, on behalf of the Netherlands, I announced that we will provide humanitarian aid and support amounting to 13.5 million euros to the Lebanese armed forces."
