Herzog: We hope for the full recovery of those injured in the incident
Jerusalem, March 22 (Hibya) - Israeli President Isaac Herzog visited the Arad area, which was damaged by a missile attack, emphasized the resilience of the public, and stated that the attacks would not undermine Israel’s sense of security.
Israeli President Isaac Herzog conducted inspections at the scene in the city of Arad following the missile attacks and met with local officials.
Referring to the extent of the damage and the injured, Herzog said: "We have arrived at the scene where severe damage was caused by last night's missile attack in Arad. We hope for the full recovery of those injured in the incident."
Expressing his satisfaction with the work of the municipality and teams on the ground, Herzog stated: "I was very impressed by the swift and dedicated work of the municipality and all officials in the field who are working to provide the best assistance to the residents of the area. Thanks to Mayor Yair Maayan and his team who helped many injured and evacuated individuals."
Delivering a message of determination against the enemy’s strategy, President Herzog said: "The enemy is trying to undermine our sense of security from north to south, but this is a big mistake. The people of Israel are strong, determined, and resilient. We will overcome this together."
