German Foreign Minister Wadephul met with Wentao
Berlin, December 8 (Hibya) – German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul held a meeting with China’s Minister of Commerce, Wang Wentao.
German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul stated that they had a very constructive meeting with China’s Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao. Wadephul emphasized that they seek balanced economic relations and noted that the two countries share common interests, including within the World Trade Organization.
Wadephul added: “At the same time, it is important to address imbalances and overcome differences on issues such as market access and trade restrictions.”
