Explosion sounds reported in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela
Stockholm, Jan. 3 (Hibya) – According to CNN, the network’s team witnessed multiple explosions in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela.
The CNN team said it witnessed several explosions in Caracas on Saturday night and reported power outages in some parts of the city.
The first explosion was recorded at around 1:50 a.m. local time.
CNN correspondent Osmary Hernandez said, “One of them was so powerful that my window shook afterward.”
Power outages were reported in many areas of the city, and CNN journalists in the Venezuelan capital said they could hear aircraft sounds following the explosions.
