Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Dar spoke at the opening ceremony of the 3rd International Seerah Festival.

According to a statement from Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dar said the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad provide guidance for promoting justice, mutual respect and understanding among nations. In this context, he highlighted Pakistan's efforts to build bridges between countries and advance regional peace.

Dar called for adherence to the United Nations Charter and relevant UN resolutions in addressing the situation in Palestine and resolving the Jammu and Kashmir issue, emphasizing the importance of tolerance and respect for differences in combating extremism.

Stating that education should instill the values of Seerah in younger generations, Dar announced that a Seerah Endowment Fund would be established in line with the instructions of Pakistan's Prime Minister.

The fund, which will initially be allocated 100 million Pakistani rupees, is intended to support Seerah research and contribute to the dissemination of Prophet Muhammad's teachings.
