According to a statement by Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishak Dar held a phone call with his Malaysian counterpart, Mohamad bin Haji Hasan.

It was noted that bilateral relations were comprehensively reviewed during the call.

The statement said: “The two leaders reviewed the state of bilateral relations and reiterated their shared resolve to further deepen cooperation across a wide range of sectors. The sides also exchanged views on recent regional developments, including the evolving situation in Asia and the Middle East.”
