Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated that Azerbaijan has transformed from a country receiving international aid into an active donor country on a global scale and has increased its contribution to development cooperation.

Expressing his satisfaction with the conference, Bayramov said, "I am pleased to speak at the conference held on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Azerbaijan International Development Agency, which was established in 2011 at the instruction of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, His Excellency Ilham Aliyev."

Highlighting the transformation of his country's role in global assistance, Bayramov said, "Over the past two decades, Azerbaijan has transformed from an aid recipient into an active donor and an actor making an increasing contribution to international development cooperation."

Sharing data on the resources allocated and the regions reached, Bayramov said, "Since 2020, more than 140 countries have benefited from Azerbaijan's international assistance, with approximately 400 million dollars allocated through bilateral and multilateral channels. Our support has reached our partners in Africa, within the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), as well as the Least Developed Countries and Small Island Developing States."
