Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.

According to a statement by Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Al Zayani congratulated Dar on the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement signed between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye. Al Zayani also expressed his intention to visit Pakistan in the near future.

Dar welcomed Al Zayani's desire to visit Pakistan and thanked him for his congratulations. Dar reiterated Pakistan's commitment to promoting dialogue and diplomacy with the aim of ensuring peace and stability in the region and beyond.
