European Parliament President Metsola shared a post on her social media account about her meeting with young people in Larnaca. Metsola stated that Larnaca was “full of the energy of Europe’s youth,” emphasizing the role of young people in Europe’s future.

In her post, Metsola also explained that the discussion she and the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, held with young people went “wonderfully.”

Metsola called on young people to continue spreading the European message in their schools, towns, and communities. She concluded her message by saying, “The future is in your hands!”
